Shipping Lead Time

Almost faster than your downhill mile PR. Orders placed prior to 3pm Pacific ship next day (M-F). Orders placed after 3pm Pacific ship within 2 days.

Preorders

Preorders are available for out of stock products. Preorders have an expected ship date shown on the product page and at checkout. If there are any delays in the shipping process, we'll let preorder customers know. Payment is not captured until the product is shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS from our local post office in Mammoth Lakes, CA. If the Post Office can't deliver to your location, hit us up at info@rundera.com and we can arrange an alternate shipping method.

Deliveries typically take about 3-7 business days within the US. If you're working up against a deadline, express shipping is available at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for all orders to the following locations: Canada, UK, the EU, New Zealand, and Australia. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees as an additional payment upon delivery.

Lost Packages

Dera is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package gets lost on the way to your location, let us know and we'll get it figured out for you.
