Exchanges

• If you'd like to start an exchange, please email us with your order number, the description of your exchange item, and what you'd like to exchange it for. Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of delivery.
• There is no restocking fee and we cover shipping both ways on exchanges
• Exchange items must be received in original condition without signs of wear, washing, strong odors, stains, or pet hair.
  

Returns

Dera Running accepts returns for product under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Product must be unworn and in original condition.
• For customers located within the United States, we provide a return label. A $10 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover return shipping, inspection, and restocking.
• For customers outside of the United States, returns are at the customers expense, but no return fee is applied.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

• Returns that show signs of wear, washing, strong odors, stains, or pet hair will be considered final sale and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and made back to original form of payment. Refunds are for product only and don't include shipping.
