Refund Policy

It's a simple commitment. We want to help you love running.

Dera Running accepts returns for product under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Product must be unworn and in original condition.
• For customers located within the United States, returns are free.
• For customers outside of the United States, returns are at the customers expense, but no return fee is applied.

If your return request falls outside of these guidelines, hit us up anyways. We're interested in helping runners run in gear they love and we'll do our best to help.

Please reach out to hello@rundera.com and include your order name, email address/phone number, order number, and what isn't quite working for you.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and made back to original form of payment. Refunds are for product only and don't include shipping.
